Confidential intake
A private consultation, in person or by encrypted call, to understand what you need and whether we're the right fit. Nothing is written down without your consent.
Engagement & NDA
You sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any details are exchanged. Your name never appears on a case file — only a case number. All data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Fieldwork
Investigators execute the plan — surveillance, records, interviews, or technical sweeps — reporting to you alone as findings develop.
Report & close
A written report with time-stamped evidence, delivered securely. Files are retained per your instruction and purged on request.
